We offer Free Shipping on all orders

SHIPPING TIME

All products from AlexMacDesign are made to order and need time to be produced before they are shipped.

Total time = Order processing + Shipping time

Order processing: 2-4 days (boxer briefs and cheeky briefs: 6-10 days)

Shipping time: 7-14 days

Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times are guidelines only. All orders include tracking. We aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected. Delivery times to remote destinations are not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We are happy to ship packages internationally. We work closely with our shipping carriers to minimize the potential impact of customs delays for international customers. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the customer's responsibility.

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, AlexMacDesign has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed here are estimated only and may vary.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks are needed to verify payment which may delay the order. We will contact you if there is a delay or if an item is out of stock.
